These are turbulent times for businesses across the globe.
At this moment in time, all we can do is control what we can. For talech, that is ensuring we do the right thing to help our customers weather the storm. talech was founded on the principle of giving small and medium businesses the tools to help them flourish. Supporting small and medium businesses has always been the mission at talech, and it is clear that our customers need immediate help to adapt in this new market reality. We are taking the following measures to support our customers in the coming weeks and months:
- Beginning in April 2020, we are waiving software fees during any month where a customer has zero processing activity for the month. We will offer this each month through the end of September. This applies whether the customer has a Starter, Standard, or Premium package, and regardless of the number of licenses a customer has.
- For our standard and premium customers who would like to add it, we are offering Online Ordering at no charge through the end of September. Our hope is that this will enhance the ability of existing customers who have the option to offer delivery or pick-up options, or enable more customers to offer these options. Customers on standard and premium tiers who are not currently using it, can activate and use Online Ordering right now and we will waive the fees until the end of September. - Lastly, so that we can continue to provide high quality service to our customers 24×7, and keep everyone safe, we’ve moved much of our staff to work remotely and made changes to processes to maintain service continuity during this time. Please call us if there is anything we can do to help you.
The current business and health concerns are unprecedented, and we understand the resulting impacts happening in the business environment. talech and our parent companies, U.S. Bank and Elavon, are continuing to explore options for easing the burden on our customers. Likewise, our development team is working on several initiatives to add useful features for customers in all of our verticals. We will provide further updates on these actions whenever possible.
